I'm in the same boat. I did a Phone Interview on the 2nd and was told I'd get more information on Monday (the 5th) for the video interview and still haven't received anything.

I'm not sure if there's anyway to reach out to them. The status on my application on the portal still hasn't changed at all. I guess I'll continue staring at my email!
