Try again for what? Am I wrong on any account? Can't the Women or OBAP applicants apply like everyone else also? Why do they need a special group that gets special consideration based on genitals and skin pigment?
BTW if you are in the know tell us how many white males did WIA or OBAP help get hired and give scholarships too?
