If you truly don't understand WHY groups like OBAP and WIA exist, then you don't want to. But, you're part of the reason they exist.
Yes, you're wrong to say that as a white guy you get less opportunities than a woman or an OBAP member. WIA and OBAP do not discriminate with who they help. It's the favorite argument of those who don't know or care to learn. Like anything else, you'll get out of it what you put in.
To answer your other question, I'm in the know enough to tell you that it's greater than zero. So, your point is invalid.
