Maybe a hostile take over isn't a bad thing. Maybe we could get a management team that is focused on operational metrics instead of social justice metrics??

Kirby washed out of USAF pilot training. Why? He couldn't meet standards....Now, he wants to lower them for everyone? Lets type him in a 777 and make him honorary Captain and send him off to Shanghai to fly some revenue trips.
All of corporate America is in a race to the bottom to "out woke" the competition. UAL is not an outlier unfortunately.
