Whether I agree or not with what is going on, does it matter? The only thing that matters to me is will I feel comfortable sending my family on a United flight knowing the quality of pilots we have. If we are sending guys and girls through that shouldn’t have gotten through specifically because we are too scared to fail someone of race or gender, then we have a problem. However if we are still getting quality pilots at the end of this, my job hasn’t changed, get people safely from A to B. I can’t send a letter to Scott expect anything to change.
