Again no they are not specified on the website beyond the bare minimum of what is required for anyone to start taking flight lessons. So essentially “a pulse” and the ability to pass an FAA medical and pass the PPL written... the bare minimum. So again the United statement you cite says nothing of consequence. It’s like United bragging “Our airline only hires pilots that have an FAA ATP and passes routine medical and proficiency checks and has passed a rigorous background check”, well I would sure hope so because in fact to do anything other than that is illegal, because that’s the bare minimum, which essentially is what they are listing as qualifications on the Aviate website. It’s like saying “you need to have a drivers license” to be hired as a taxi driver! If you are not in aviation yet I fear you still don’t quite get what I’m getting at and here’s hoping you join the ranks soon and you’ll get what I’m trying to convey and I wholeheartedly encourage you to apply! 😉
