But when they charge a "corporation" with crimes, that's BS... corporations don't commit crimes, people do. If a crime was committed, charge the people responsible. Otherwise managers can skirt laws knowing the worst will happen is the corporation will get "convicted" and pay a fine. It's possible but exceptionally rare for a court to dissolve a corporation as a criminal penalty, but even that hurts the rank and file a lot more than the bosses (who either orchestrated, or should have prevented, the criminal act(s) ).
