I'm not being discriminated against, at least not anymore. I really don't care personally as I gave up on major airlines a long time ago. I completely lost interest as they refused to even consider me because I refused to go to their NGPA, WIA and OBAP conferences to get obligatory check marks on my application that has no bearing on my relative qualifications. Before you go on your old white man diatribe - Im 35 years old. Yeah.... no thanks. And trust me - no love lost there. This is just another hilarious proverbial slap in the face to people who work hard their whole lives for opportunities that will eventually be denied to them because they don't fit a genitalia/skin color quota.

Go ahead and tell me how progressive this is, its anything but that. Passing over more qualified people, whether its a cockpit or otherwise, is wrong.
