Doing some review in advance of the call and I came across this statement in last years 10K.

There are no major decisions at these subsidiaries that Delta is not a part of. Aircraft purchases, routes, branding etc. The proper mind set will be required to evaluate the proposed SCOPE landscape change in the upcoming Sect. 6 negotiations. In other words, there is no plausible deniability when it comes to our "partners" (subsidiaries) which is a consistent argument management tries to use.
