Hey, I apologize for needing someone to spoon feed me the info, but i did try and figure this out. I think the easiest way for me to do this is just say what I think i know, and hopefully you all can correct me as i go
- You guys are flying 737s for DHL,
- 2 now and 1 more coming in May.
- The operation doesnt have mesa pilots flying the airplanes as a bidding action from the seniority list, it's got some people hand picked (wrong term but you get my meaning) flying them.
- when you get 10 737s Mesa guys can bid over
- The payscale is some sort of salary position and someday you'll get rates or they'll be arbitrated.
- The operation is covered in your ALPA contract but basically the 737 operation is a carve out to let the company try cargo and see if you all can jump in when it gets figured out.
I know i got some things wrong, I'm just trying to learn.
