Also, most female pilots I know have not had either of those things happen. In fact I’m willing to bet occurrences like that are a tiny fraction of interactions between male evaluators or interviewers with female applicants, and in line with the percentage of those types of interactions in any other workplace outside of aviation (no data to back that up, but I’ve never heard of some rampant BJ seeking culture in the checkride world, and I don’t buy it). And, I assume each time it occurred with all the female pilots you know, the checkride/interview was stopped, cops called, and the said perp arrested, or supervisors informed, etc? If I went to go take a check ride or interview and some dude told me I had to blow him to pass, that’d be a pretty easy problem set to deal with for me, regardless of my gender.
Your living in denial or you've only flown for the government or a union airline.
I doubt its as clumsy as a BJ for a SAT check ride.
Corporate absolutely is, what's in it for me? If I hire you you'll either get pregnant or already have scheduling problems with kids.
"I just got off the phone with Flight Safety it's 20k to get you typed/checked out for insurance. What do you think about that? I can book us a hotel room. Do you think it would be a good idea?"
When she says no, I don't think that will be a good idea, obviously the job falls though. Then typically a white upper middle class pilot is hired who then complains women get an extra box to check at the majors and it isn't fair.
Bill Clinton and Donald Trump have been banging women in their 30's for 40 years. Do you really think other rich aircraft owners are different?
If it hasn't happened to women you know then they are not attractive, have been in government, or stayed at a flight school until a regional hires them. In cooperate it absolutely happens when you send out job applications and are pursuing a step in your career, like turbine time, turbine pic, jet types etc.
