Eventually you get sued for requiring a 6k 737 type rating knowing minority families have 12cents for every dollar a white family has in America.
It would be proven the type didn't add to safety and minority pilots were never interviewed. A barrier of entry was establish to prevent the need to discriminate at the interview.
