It’s one part of many organizations that do outreach and give exposure, and in this case it is to literally anybody who wants it, at no cost to the kids, and is a net that seems to me to be cast pretty wide. If you don’t already, you should go to your local EAA chapter and volunteer with their outreach and expand the net to your liking.
