After the last 3 AE's, that number has moved up 500 on average in all domiciles. There are newhires in the 6700 range that have been there for a year or less, so they COULD be eligible for CA (NYC 88) in one of the next few AE's, making the time to CA 2-3 years. Look at the numbers.
