Recently I have been contacted over a private message by a couple of people who start the conversation looking for advice on flying. The conversation then turns to other topics not related to aviation. While I am happy to provide guidance to those looking to get into aviation these conversations seem to head in a different direction, though I have not yet been asked for money. I am beginning to believe I am being catfished?

Is anyone else receiving private messages like this?
