This and others are correct. By the time it sank in that the company was going to do nothing and the search by myself began in earnest the hotels made no sense with getting back to get on a flight to some place sane.

Lessons learned. Don't trust that other departments will do what they are getting paid to do. Better CRM so the captain can actually see the problem. Don't assume they can do math with time. Personal minimums on giving the company time for a plan. Make $200-$300k. All good things.
