Hozion is going to be an acrimonious place until a new contract is signed. I would have gladly left 6 month after starting if it wasn't for the TWO year training contract. There is not much hiring going on right now and reserve is 14 hours at a stretch and you have very little control over pm/am start times. I've been comuting for 1.5 years and it is tough. If you live in base you will be happy enough but if you commute go somewhere that has better schedules and more movement.
