Not sure why you are so angry. Again I'm very happy to have my job, it's much better than most. I hope AA continues to grow. The reality is our contract is inferior to the other legacy carriers and I don't blame a young pilot for placing AAL in the Plan B category. As far as our international route network as a percentage of our total fleet and network it is relatively small. Many of the routes you mentioned were random one offs operated as seasonal service. Usually it's just shuffling the deck as we cancel other international routes and re-deploy. We have huge gaps in our network that are filled with JV partners and code shares.

Total group 3+4 aircraft at AA roughly 12% of fleet, DAL 18% of fleet, UAL 32% of fleet. If you have traveled much globally you would notice AA has a very small footprint worldwide. For some people that's not important. Some care about that stuff. For someone who prefers domestic flying AAL is the dream job. Our domestic network is second to none. It's great to support the home team but at the end of the day results matter. APA is not producing them at the same level as our peers.
