The USAF has been looking at the pilot personality, etc., for decades. And, they have gone through many versions of diversity pushing to increase the numbers of minorities in the cockpit numerous times. The fact is it simply comes down to the individual and their given skills. The USAF keeps learning the lesson that it always boils down to that fact. No quota will ever change that.
