I also think you are missing the point that Aviate will require an application and whatever objective criteria that application will have will somehow have a stated goal of producing 50% minority/female pilots.
Please go ahead and explicitly state that you believe this necessarily requires lowering those objective criteria on behalf of said minority/female candidates.
