I remember interviewing here back in the day. All of us had suits on. As soon as we went in for the group portion they told us to remove our jackets and relax. We all looked at each other as if it was a trick or a test. Years later you realize not to overthink this stuff, we aren’t THAT airline, and people shouldn’t overthink it. As you said, if they say Business casual, that means business casual.
