Well, that's technically what happens from a scientific point of view. Mating, or sex occurs and then procreation occurs at the moment of conception. Democrats don't actually believe in life at the moment of conception, but the act of breeding is what a veterinarian or someone from a farming community would call it.
females thinking of a family or (mating), or breeding, or whatever you want to call it are concerned about vaccinations in general. Not just this one.
