Can someone explain the big deal of TOE for the 7ER new hires? I get that TOE relief is a big deal to the company, but it isn't unique to new hires. It doesn't add any more training than a current NB B bidding to the ER. Training days are the same in both instances aren't they?
You’d need to look at the FOM for exact hours/landings, but the footprint is basically a 4-5 day domestic OE trip then at least one over-and-back trip across the pond. Current wait time seems about a month from 44X to OE then another 2-3 months for TOE.
