Forgot about the lances. Good point. They're kind of a wild card because they're generally more senior than they would be if they chose to upgrade at the first opportunity. Even in a big domicile that's still only around 15 pilots i guess.

Are Lances included in the FOs senior to the most junior CA on myseniority? I would think they'd be included there.
