Delta and United you show up to the gate and list for the Jumpseat. MyIDTravel for AA and Southwest. Frontier uses ID90.

If your taking a company flight, it’s rare we are 100% full so most of the time you will be in back. When you list for a Spirit jumpseat it is first come first serve among employees. I don’t believe it ranks the JS list in order of seniority. Maybe it’s changed, but I don’t believe so.
