Personally, I don’t think now is a good time to reengage fully in Section 6. But I’m happy to lock 5:15 in for 12 thousand of us who all have vacation and training right meow.

I can see leverage now with the increase of flying and need for new people. We should focus on QOL items and things like the 5:15, more vacation, more PS, PS for commuting, better reserve rules, better retirement, health insurance rules and pay raises accordingly with the recovery.
As Tunes mentioned above, the company proposal was rejected by the MEC 17-0. It doesn’t seem they want an even trade.
You should fill out the negotiations survey, like everyone else, when it comes out again for such a sweeping change.
