Your typical 2 wheel rollaboard bag with plastic frame is going to be in the 9 to 10 pound range. According to their site, the Aurora is 9.6 pounds. A metal SB or LW is going to be 12 to 14 pounds. While we're at it, the carbon LW really isn't much lighter, 11.4 versus 14 pounds. At best you're saving 5 pounds which really isn't much. Especially with a bag designed to roll smooth and has a J hooked-bag as a counterweight. A bag packed for 4-5 days really isn't that heavy. Back when I commuted, I feel like my Aerocoast was heavier than my actual suitcase.
