hahahahahaha. Average with not working any overtime is no where near 110-115, maybe picking up a few extra trips, how the heck did you get to 150+ with 13 days off? Pre-covid 80% of the lines had 12-13 days off with 85-90 hours, how did you manage to get to get 70 hours more pay without working any extra days? Only thing I can think of is getting paired with a LCA and getting bought off multiple trips
I try to work as little as possible so my answer is only an assumption but I’d guess if you accept any and all junior mans and then take your day in lieu and then pick up critical on that day in lieu then you could probably credit a ton.
