question was in regard to not working extra, critical trips haven’t been a thing for FOs for 3 years. They sprinkle in randomly but not enough to give someone working a normal schedule the opportunity to pick up 30 hours worth of critical for 60 hours of pay per month especially with the limited junior mans on the FO side
Exactly. So there’s no way the average is over 100 hours. I’d say more like 75-85, possibly up to 90 if we are really short staffed and really flying a lot. Air Wisconsin is perpetually short staffed but we aren’t flying a lot.
