Thanks for bringing this up. IMHO, we are our best source of safety info. If you take out the pilot reporting out of the scenario now safety guidance is derived by individuals sitting behind a desk and lawyers.

Neither of which is as effective as the folks out there with their sleeves rolled up punching holes in the sky.

Hopefully, Judge Judy will do the right thing.
