For the FOs I would say 2019 for DOH. Thats a rough number and usually if one is very flexible they can do it in a year. Since we do everything on paper, it would take a lot of cross check whether these people are “holding” it or just “lucky.” It took me about two years I think from what I remember to hold a line. Things were slow a couple years ago post strike and people were just sitting at the same bidding number for what seemed like years.
We seem busy enough now that if you want to fly and stay out on the road you can. There was a small wave of people moving into base and they’re preferring not to fly. Crazy to say its looking better around here.
