The 300 has no chair but room to change. The 200 has 2 chairs but one you'd have to be like 5 foot 2 to sit in, the other is just fine. In the 200, you are slitly hunched over to change but nothing crazy. Both are crew rest facilities below the cabin.
Indeed, although the 300 is a bit tight as I found out this week. I came up from the stairs wondering where the heck the pilot bunk area was. After some gentle mocking the FAs showed me there wasn’t a separate area just a tiny curtain on a common area bunk. Very little room to change. The 900 bunk area is quite nice though with 2 chairs and room to sit up in the bunk, the only one I’ve seen to rival the 777.
