You have applied (according to previous posts) and are interested. Recommend reading all the posts...don’t shortchange yourself and simply read the last 2-3 months worth..read ‘me all to see which way the trend line for the company is going and has been as well as this below to get an opinion that is completely random.

Go to Flightaware XOJET Flights and look for an XO flight that will be flying into a city near near you. Keep updating the arrival time and when it gets an hr out or confirmed with the FBO arrival time, head over and speak to a random crew and have a chat. Let the FBO folks know to let the CA know a potential applicant would like to speak with him/her if they had a few minutes in between the turn.

They may have 5 minutes they may have an hr or an overnight to chat but that would be one more data point to have when making your decision. Good luck
