They flew some of the A330 on longer than 12 hours missions using a passenger seat with a curtain for rest (one pilot, the other got a bunk). But it was a rarity, not something I ever did in 3 years on the plane).
Over 12 hours the aircraft is class 2 since only one bunk. Under 12 the only issue is the flight attendants coming in and out. Most are quiet but a few are trying to imitate a herd of thundering elephants. Now and then you will get a flight attendant opening the curtains looking for more pillows and blankets. The only other issue is on the TLV flights passengers will stand in the cross aisle and bang their heads against the wall over and over again. I like drum solo’s but not on break!
