I'm thinking we set up "1221" clubs in all the crew rooms, where you can get a refreshment, a snack. We can even put up a little sign "1221" and the bosses will know what it means, and they'll know that we know that they know what it means and don't care.

We'll put up a black curtain like they used to have in the old days on those camera's that puffed and smoked when you took a picture, so we can do our secret handshake without any outsiders seeing it. A suggestion box that says "contract negotiation .ideas" on it. We could just sit there and leer at everyone who is not in the club.

Just some ideas.
