JFK expansion slashed from 16 mainline gates to 2, with the option of 11 max two years from now. RJs instead of mainline means lower yields are expected.
The good news is DL yields are still the top of the industry currently at 15.31 cents/mile but it remains to be seen how much that will drop when the middle seats are full in a couple days.
Still have the ability for the full build out after stage 1. This adjusts costs in a positive trend while allowing consolidation from T2, then the ability to expand T4A additionally as they see fit. Meanwhile LGA is steaming ahead along with LAX, SLC, SEA.
