If you are ever in Dallas for training (maybe upgrade training?) make sure to skip the stupid rodeo goat and take an uber to Pecan Lodge. Best brisket I have ever had. You will wait in line, but worth it. Burnt ends were off the hook too. I will skip the mac and cheese next time.
