Where does this data come from? Do you personally also account for those who have done something illegal without getting caught?
Family in law enforcement and personal observation not to mention data. I read once where most criminals don’t get caught until they are in double digits. In addition if you truly committed just one crime with no other history of arrests ect.. it’s very possible to get that expunged and have a clean record.
The only remorse the majority of criminals feel is getting caught!
