Currently most large businesses in my city in FL all state “masks required due to local ordinance.” Well now it’s not required but as you said, the business can require it. They will have to change their signs if they plan to continue the charade. I suspect a couple months of awkward moments before the nonsense is fully over.
Cities in our area had the same sign because the sign was required. But many places didn’t enforce the policy, which governor said was unenforceable when he signed the EO. Law enforcement said they would only issue citations for trespassing if patrons refused to comply with store policies.
A large percentage haven’t been wearing masks for a long time and surprisingly our local population hasn’t been wiped out. In fact it’s growing at one of the fastest rates in the country because of people moving here who are fed up with policies where they came from.
