Flow trough should be plan Z to any pilot, but people get lazy and just wait for the magic job.
Honestly, I don’t care about a flow through for endeavor. We are all already here and my understanding that their procedures are like ours. That will make a easier job to first time CAs in NYC.
With all that said, we don’t need a flow down now, we needed it last year and the company didn’t wanted to entertain the idea. Same as the SILs, because it benefited us they didn’t wanted to help us. Now, I don’t want the flow down and I want to keep those jets parked, unless we get permanent gains in WB, NB scope and whatever is in our wish list.
We got 35 RJs parked, we still have 717/220s parked and waiting to be reactivated. If they didn’t screwed with last year displacements, we could been in a better position now.
I agree but there is no need for a 2 tier system. All Delta flying done by Delta pilots is my objective. If that means they come to mainline to capture the flying, I’m OK with it. I did a decade at a regional I don’t care if someone gets a better deal than I got if it ends the nightmare of selling brand flying.
