median Arizona household income and $2,184 greater than the
US median household income. 2020 metro income data (including Phoenix median household income) will be released in September of 2021.
That’s only about 3% different than the US median household income. Median age in PHX 33+, median age in US is 38+, so it’s actually a slightly younger crowd.
