USMC, the bus in EWR is past terminal A, and I think it is the A bus, w/a fedex sign near the door(there are 2 buses that go to fedex, A and C, one goes to parking, and one goes to the terminal bus stop). When in doubt, just ask the driver. Boston, leave the ramp, take a right, walk down the access road, there are bus stops along the way, but that early in the morning, the bus may not go all the way down to the fedex ramp. Keep walking towards the hyatt, about 1/3 a mile, from there, you can either take the water taxi to south station, or take bus 66(I think) which goes to all of the terminals, where you can hook up with other public transport. Done to plenty of times, but just can't remember exact bus numbers or letters. Good luck.
