If you stay in aviation, or likely any business, you will find yourself in a position where management is trying to do everything they can against the employee group. Meanwhile an INDIVIDUAL is doing something that benefits himself and management because management allows it. Tell me you won’t be more than a little miffed at the INDIVIDUAL as well as the company.
