However, the prediction about cancelling the Displacement portion doesn't sound right. There should be very few, if any, under 60 guys with the seniority to outbid the over-60 guys for the ANC captains, at least, who haven't already gone there. Thus, there would be very few, if any, recurring captain vacancies.

Why does it say "Banned" under FlyByCable's name?

He's been pushing buttons for a long time...including the "I'd like to be kicked off this board for a while!"-button...and it finally worked.
