Your side has been falling over itself to nullify any such basis by maintaining the separation of Republic as "other airline," that whose passengers it carries means nothing, and that business interests between the two airlines count for nothing. Your logic is sound if you ignore the fact that the flight you’re operating is ours. I’m not talking in business terms. Think of it like this: our contract allows that flying to go to you. It’s still ours, you just fly it. Right wrong or indifferent, we got contract gains by lending away something we own.
