Yes, the key is “having a plan” on getting one. For example, having taken an online class so you can show them you are planning on completing it at some point. Once you get hired? Who cares..

This info is from a newhire who got hired about 2 years ago.. I remember talking to him at the lunch break during his newhire orientation. It worked for him, hopefully it’ll work for you and for others too.
