The pay may have been OK for FOs when the LOA was in place, but it’s horrible for CAs and has been for quite some time. The only way C5 survives is if they can recruit and retain pilots for the planned growth. With the industry rebounding, they aren’t the only ones hiring right now. Some of the other places are even offering bonuses! Sure, recruiting was easy before the recovery started, but anyone doing even minimal research will discover the pay/contract/work rule and training deficiencies. It will be right back to hiring the 100 hour IOE window lickers, just like the not so distant future!
