People slipping through the cracks doesn’t, and that’s exactly what a flow allows, there were definitely a few bad apples from XJ/CZ that got through that wouldn’t have otherwise if there was no flow. Like I said DL management has no interest in a flow with Endeavor the only reason it’s needed is to get 35 76 seaters back to DCI, if there was any other reason the flow would have been done years ago. The timing of trying to get a flow with 9E while DL is trying to get 35 RJs back is ironic...
