I would much rather sit in a classroom for 8 hour days listening to some 78 year old TWA retiree drone on about every nut and bolt in the 320 hydraulic system than have the more hands-off, self guided program that we currently have. I mean who wants to focus on learning the operational stuff you will need to know to actually do the job when you're on the line??

Absurd post. The training program is very laid back and non confrontational. I thought it was very well done. The proverbial "drinking from a firehose" method isn't the way it's done here at B6.
