There were no limits proposed for regional vs mainline scope in terms of aircraft ratios, block hours, or capping of total regional aircraft.
True however, it was meant to get “our foot in the door” and we could have build on that this time around. Limits need to include no additional Regional flying as long as Mainline Pilots are on furlough or in this case on EIL’s… Scope can be build pretty tight it just depends on what we negotiate!
